At the meeting that reviewed the preparations for the Danang International Fireworks Competition 2011 (DIFC 2011) on 15 Feb, Chairman of Da Nang Committee Tran Van Minh agreed to the policy which is 16,068 tickets at stage B (B1, B2, B3) will be sold at 200,000 VND a ticket for one person in one night for city residents and visitors. Ticket are on sale in Ho Chi Minh (1 venue), Hanoi (1 venue) and at 5 venues in Danang City such as Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism, the Nguyen Hien Dinh Classical Drama Theatre, the Trung Vuong Theatre, the Tourism Promotion Center and Viet Art Join-stock Company.
 

To meet the needs of those enjoying fireworks displays from boats, Chairman Tran Van Minh also agreed on guidelines which allow boating travel agencies to sell tickets, however, safety and quality of services must be committed. Fare sales must not exceed 200,000 VND a ticket for one person per night. The border guards headquarters is responsible for the organization of boating agencies’ ticket sales to visitors and the general list of authorized agencies is set by the Danang Department of Culture, Sport & Tourism.

The Danang People's Committee has also agreed to choose the stage construction plan DIFC 2011 submitted by the Joint-stock Indochina Corporation, including two stages: Stage A is the main stage with a capacity of over 9,000 seats and stage B is in a broad area of the Olalani projects with a capacity of around 16,000 seats.

The Danang International Fireworks Competition 2011 will be held by the Han River, Danang city on two nights, the 29th and 30th Apr 2011 with the subject "Sparkling Han River". Da Nang-Vietnam is the host team, and 4 other international teams from England, Korea, Italy and China will also compete. Global 2000 Companies continues to be selected as the consulting office by Danang People's Committee in this competition.

In the framework of the fireworks festival, many extracurricular activities also take place such as sophisticatedly-decorated boat parades, flower garlands and coloured lanterns on the Han River, the Non Nuoc stone exhibitions, beautiful photo exhibitions about international fireworks competition this year, beach sports performances and organizations, music and fashion shows "Exciting coastal city." ...
